About the position!

We are recruiting Power Apps Solution Architect based in Poland. In this key role withing the Global IT team, you will own the design and implementation of Microsoft Power Apps in Upfield and co-create new digital experience for end users . Our 3^rd party vendors will support you to deliver the top IT service related to Power Apps for over 60 markets of Upfield around the world!

You will be contributing to the shape and delivery of our ambitious Power Apps project pipeline. In addition, you will be responsible for translating business requirement into solution design encompassing best practices and latest technological capabilities.

As a part of Digital Automation team (3 members), you will co-operate with IT functional teams & business GPO to meet or exceed business requirements.

Implement security and privacy measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data will be essential in the role.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have at least 1 years of experience in equivalent IT Solution Architect position, preferably for Microsoft Power or other low code platforms.

You are strongly knowledgeable about software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies, Waterfall, Agile etc.

Developer skills in .NET development / Shell scripting / UiPath or other automation tools will be an advantage. Nice to have proficiency in working with Azure DevOps or similar, API programming or integration platforms.

You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify and effectively solve technical issues.

You have highly developed communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diversified environment.

Fluent English and very good Polish is a must. Other languages more than welcome.
